Science is an integral part of the curriculum and each student in the Lower School has lessons in Basic Science as a core subject. In Years 7 and 8, the different science subject disciplines are integrated and taught by a single teacher, whereas from Year 9 onwards we begin to teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics as separate subjects, each delivered by a subject specialist.
The school has well-designed, roomy, and well-stocked junior sciences, physics, chemistry, and biology labs. They have complete sets of precise digital measuring tools, kits, tools for experiments, models, charts, and other equipment. The students can conduct a variety of experiments here and develop their scientific, investigative, reasoning, and social abilities with the help of capable teachers and lab assistants.
